While most people are aware of breast cancer, many forget to take the steps to have a plan to detect the disease in its early stages and encourage others to do the same. Hospitals and Organisations are actively fighting breast cancer by helping women get tested to find breast cancer earlier. In Cyprus The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Europa Donna Cyprus, operating since 2003, the Screening program - Scout Breast Cancer Program, by offering women aged 50-69, free mammogram every two years. Also in our Hospitals - even if you have to spend your whole day there - you can check up and if you can afford something more you can always visit a Private Doctor.
